Parumala Perunnal 2019, the glorious festival of St. Peter’s & St. Paul’s Orthodox Church, Parumala, Thiruvalla, Pathanamthitta will be held at 2nd November. It is to commemorate the death anniversary of St. Gregorios, the declared saint of the Malankara Orthodox Church of Kerala. Devotees from all parts of the State come the church to celebrate this great day.
Special prayers and rituals will be conducted during the Orma perunal day. Thousands of devotees attend the ceremonial processions at the thirunal day.
