Malabar River Festival (MRF) 2019- Experience exhilaration

The Seventh edition of South India’s only extreme adventure competition, Malabar River Festival (MRF) 2019 organised by Kerala Tourism will be held from from July 26 to 28, 2019 at Iruvanjhipuzha & Chalipuzha Rivers at Thusharagiri, Kozhikode district in Kerala. This international event will be conducted  by Kerala Adventure Tourism Promotion Society (KATPS) and District Tourism Promotion Council (DTPC), Kozhikode.

Kayakers from more than 15 countries will participate in the eventand also expected to bring together some of the best whitewater athletes.  Extreme Race, Boater Cross and Giant Slalom are the three categiries of the competition. Also there will be categories for intermediate kayakers and professionals.

Malabar River Festival (MRF) has selected as one of the top 5 best whitewater kayak festivals in the world by Kayak Session Magazine, France. Cash prizes worth rupees 1 million goes to winners in various categories.
