Chandrabhaga Fair celebrated in the month of Kartik attracts thousands of travelers every year. These days devotees assemble on the banks of Chandrabhaga river, which is considered very sacred by the people of Rajastan. The festival held  at Jhalrapatan, situated at a distance of about six kilometres from Jhalawar. People from distant places gather here to perform a dip in the river. The belief is that this will purify their souls. A large cattle fair will be organized during the days of Chandrabhaga Fair . Also Rajastan tourism department organizes the events  like traditional Deepdan, Shobha Yatra and various competitions.
