Peruvanam Mahadeva Temple is a famous Shiva Temple situated at Peruvanam village of Thrissur District in Kerala, India. The architectural beauty attracts a lot of visitors and devotees every year.

It is one among the famous 108 Shiva temples in Kerala. The temple spreads in 7-acre surrounded by a beautiful compound wall. The structure of Shrikovil (main shrine) is in square-type and is very rare in Indian temples. Peruvanam Pooram is an important festival celebrated at Peruvanam Mahadeva Temple every year.
