Muzhappilangad drive in beach which is 12 Km from Thalassery, Kannur District  is an ideal location to spent your evenings. It will be much romantic to walk through the beach enjoying the gentle breeze kissing on your face mixed with the precipitation of sea water. Adjacent to Muzhappilangad drive in beach situates a small 2 hectare Dharmadam Island. The isolated island covered with sea water is a beautiful spot on the face of Muzhappilangad. It has a rich collection of flora and fauna. The mysterious island is covered with coconut trees. The walk through the mysterious island is a rare experience.
