
MATSYA FESTIVAL 2019, Date:25 – 26 November
The Matsya festival of Alwar is the most important festival of Rajasthan. This two days celebration usually falls in November. Colourful processions, cultural performances, an array of sporting events and impressive artistic exhibitions are the major attractions of this festival. Alwar’s numerous palaces and forts, lakes, hunting lodges, archaeological sites and thick forests, make this event really a grand celebration.
