The famous 28 days temple festival will be celebrated from 3rd to 30th june at , Akkara Kottiyoor, and Ikkara Kottiyoor temples situated on the banks of River Baveli in Kannur. Neyyattam and Ilaneer Vayppu are the important rituals of the festival. Lakhs of devotees from different parts will visit and offer poojas and prayers during the festive days. This is a must see festival with many unique rtuals.
