Kollur Mookambika Temple is dedicated to Devi Mookambika, Devi is worshipped in three different forms from morning to evening. In the morning, worship as Maha Kali, the goddess of power, in the noon, Maha Lakshmi, the goddess of wealth and in the evening Maha Saraswati, the goddess of knowledge..Kollur Mookambika temple is famous for Navarathri celebrations. Mahanavami and Vijaya dashami days are important during the Navarathri festive days ( Known as 9 sacred nights). That’s why the temple is famous for Vidhyarambha.
